While SerenEco may now be run by one person, we don’t operate with a flat hierarchy or traditional management structure. Instead, we work as a unified team—cleaning toilets, scrubbing floors, and handling all aspects of the job, no matter our role in the business. We all muck in and get the job done together, creating a collaborative atmosphere that extends from management to employees.
